Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We make efforts to maintain accurate stock information. However, listing a product on our site or displaying it in-store does not guarantee that the item is in stock or immediately available. If you place an order for an item that is out of stock or back-ordered:
- For online orders, we will inform you as soon as possible. You may choose to wait for the item to restock (if an estimated availability date is provided), select an alternative, or cancel the order for a refund.

Then contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the damage. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods in case an inspection by the carrier is required. Returns & Exchanges

If 30 days have gone by, we unfortunately may not be able to offer a refund or exchange (unless otherwise required by law or under a manufacturer’s warranty for defective products).
- Condition of Items: Returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. This means the tiles should not have been installed, cut, or altered in any way. They should be free from dirt, adhesives, or any signs of use. Whenever possible, items should be returned in their original packaging (unopened boxes), including any accessories or documentation that came with them. Partial returns (such as individual tiles from an opened box) are generally not accepted, except at our discretion; typically, only full unopened boxes of tile can be returned.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. For in-store purchases, the original receipt or a gift receipt is acceptable. For online orders, your order confirmation email or packing slip serves as proof. If you received the item as a gift, please let us know and provide the purchaser’s details or order number if possible.
- Return Process: To initiate a return for an online order, please contact our customer service to obtain return authorization and instructions. We may provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address to which you should send the items. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For heavy or freight items, we can assist in arranging pickup, but any shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to our error. For in-store returns, simply bring the item and your receipt to our store and our staff will assist you.
- Refunds: Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund. If approved, refunds for online order returns will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank). For in-store returns, refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the card; cash purchases will be refunded in cash (for small amounts) or by company check if the amount is large, at our discretion. Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received any promotional item or bundle discount with the purchase, it may affect the refund amount (for example, you may need to return the promotional item or its value might be deducted).
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different style or color, you can do so by returning the original item (meeting the conditions above) and then placing a new order for the desired item. In some cases, we can directly exchange in-store if the item you want is in stock. Any price difference will need to be settled (we will charge or refund the difference accordingly). The timing of an exchange depends on stock availability.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These may include: custom or special-order tiles, clearance or sale items marked as final sale, opened or partial boxes (unless defective), and any adhesives, grouts, or tools that have been opened or used. We will indicate in the product description or at the time of purchase if an item is final sale or non-returnable.
- Defective or Wrong Items: If we shipped you the wrong product or if a product is confirmed to be defective, please notify us as soon as possible (preferably within 5 days of delivery or purchase). We will arrange for a return or exchange at no cost to you. For defective products, we may require inspection or photos to confirm the issue. We will either replace the item or refund you in full, including any shipping charges you paid.
